Post-Brexit Rules for EU Film Cast and Crew

Since the 31^st of January 2020, the United Kingdom has officially withdrawn from the European Union, resulting in a change in rules for EU Film Cast and Crew who wish to travel to the UK for filming purposes. The new regulations will now require Film Cast and Crew from the European Union to apply for Tier 5 visas under the Creative and Sporting category in order to film in the UK. As well as Film Cast and Crew, this change in regulations will affect sportspersons, e-sport gamers, musicians, and other migrants eligible under the Tier 5 Creative & Sporting temporary workers category; resulting in them being placed in the same category as those travelling from outside the European Union.
