Post-Brexit Rules for EU Musicians

Since the 31st of January 2020, the United Kingdom has officially withdrawn from the European Union, resulting in a change in rules for EU musicians who wish to perform in the UK. The new regulations will now require musicians from the European Union to apply for Tier 5 visas under the Creative and Sporting category in order to perform in the UK. As well as musicians, this change in regulations will affect sportspersons, e-sport gamers, actors, and other migrants eligible under the Tier 5 Creative & Sporting temporary workers category; resulting in them being placed in the same category as those travelling from outside the European Union.
