The Process

Step 1:

Your personal representative from ENT imm will send you an essential document checklist which will need to be completed before our team can approve your Work Permit/CoS request.

Step 2:

Once your eligibility has been approved by our team, your certificate of sponsorship number can be used to proceed with the visa application process. ENT imm, alongside our extensive network of legal professionals and partners, can help to assist you throughout this process.

Step 3:

Upon successful receipt of a UK “Temporary Work – Creative Worker Route” Work Permit (previously known as a Tier 5 Work Permit), ENT imm will work collaboratively with the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) branch of the Home Office, to ensure all paperwork & compliance needs are met, such as the essential records of sponsored temporary workers’ UK residence and work addresses. ENT imm are also an approved Collection Location for Biometric Residence Permits.
